long time no update..busy busy..
Sunday worked morning..den went out at night..alvin's gathering..with qh, cx, cc n mostly his dunman sec frens..it was all laughter n crap..we had dinner at Waraku@ Katong..e food is good..at 1st we tot it was expensive..but ended up paying only $20..n we were so so full..so it was ok i guess..
den we proceeded on to Starbucks @ TM coz they said it closed later than Starbucks @ PP..cc drove us..BUT..found out that it closes at 11pm..lol..so we moved on to Xin Wang @ White Sands..they ate..whilst i slept..tired lehz....went home about 3pm...
Christmas EVE!! worked 4hrs..super late crowd..zzz..rushed off at 3.30pm..
went Emu's fren's house at Springwood Heights..big nice house! everyone there were v friendly..n once again..it was more crap n laughter..e 3 of us were practically murdering n bullying each other..e worse was the sweets war..haha..e theme of the party was to dress up to anything which starts with C..n this gal..dressed up as e candygirl..she stuck candy all over her dress..super hard work la! e entire party was v fun..we had singing, games, nice food, xchange presents............
MJ at night at Emu's house! bro, cat, emu n me! weee..so fun..hee..cat brought duck from her work place..yum yum!! n we had coke..n music! abt 5+ i cmi already..i declare dead..n we went to slp..e entire night e hp keep going off..den got a call at 9.20am..from Sufi..she sick..needed someone to do opening..den ok lor..asked emu to let me out..den she said give her 5mins den she'll drive me to work..haha..she cannot get up la..cat volunteered to send me to work..she ride bike like riding race bike!! hee..really appreciate it cat =)
late crowd again..zzz..felt so so slpy..didnt wanna work at night..but went..ended up my schedule was mixed up..n it was dead town..so got chased home at 8pm..haha..so happy...bought dinner..n ate n watched my show =)
night went fishy for celebration..it was in a blur..i was dead tired....
yst spent e day at home slping n watching my show..hee..night went for briefing with harj..den had dinner at fishy..den went home still blur blur..slpy.........home last night was at aunt's house..coz our house cannot stay as they did the flooring..they said e odour kills..... =(

Fri was bad...initially didnt wanna go to SBH when e alarm went off at 7am..but after that felt guilty n i was wide awake so i jumped out of bed at 8am n took a cab to SBH..ok..i didnt know taxi fares changed so much..now peak hour is $1+30% of e fare..omg..tats so expensive..i reached SBH at 8.45..n..within 5mins..whilst i was going down e steps..i missed..n hurt my ankle..OUCH..damn pain la..
e matches seemed so easy tdy..no idea..could leave by 1pm..hee..
didnt wanna work either...my leg so pain..busy night..sian..
tdy..accompanied harj opening..didnt go for sch training..foot felt bad..but i went mpcc to play coz cc n alvin were playing..wee..gosh..i'm so unfit!! diez..

so tired..busy day today..
Wed was such a suay day..1st had to take cab coz no bus..den e cab driver had hearing problems..spent 2mins trying to tell him where i wanted to go..den all e matches were so exciting..everyone was like playing rallies..at 1.30pm..which was e last match i umpired..it was a 12pm match..omg..den afternoon session sure drag..lucky i only did morning session..but i was tired enuff n felt like fainting..ended up taking cab home...zzz..
packed e entire afternoon..until 5pm n had to bathe n rush to work..guess wat..nvr finish packing..sigh..n i was dead tired..as usual..greeter again..n it was busy..till 9.45pm..n my closing duty was sweep/mop..sigh..wat to do..i nvr work morning shift..although in actual fact i've been working from 9am in e morning..so?
night..pack pack pack.. they came on time dis morning..so early...yawnz..worked at 11.30pm..it was a busy lunch..was runner..den dinner was greeter..as usual..busy busy busy day..everyone is out Christmas shopping.. =(
from tonight till e end of renovations..e living room has officially become my room..how pathetic..today almost finished with e painting of e rooms..wow..my room looks nice..bro's one..haha..they bought e wrong colour!! his room wall ended up being purple..hahaz......time to slp...

Day 8
wow..we gotta get up at 3am dis morning 2 catch e 630 flight..i slept e bus ride n e 1st plane ride..n e guy beside me was kinda over friendly..scary..
things at Ho Chi Minh airport was v ex..USD4 for cappuccino..omg..e food on e way back wasnt nice at all :( 
 1st thing home was to shop for taps..changing all e taps in e house..den..rush home to pack..omg..i have ALOT of things to pack..now i'm actually kinda glad tat i didnt get schedule tmr afternoon! dunno how to face e world tmr..my breakout is VERY VERY bad from e polluted weather in Vietnam..sobs..
found more interesting stuff tdy..like the 'autograph book' we wrote at e end of our schooling yrs..TKGS time..n some pics of our championship..went thru my 21st bday photos..e notes from ZH..so many many things..they really made me laugh :)

Day 7
7 days pass so so fast..
morning went to Ha Long Bay boat to see their island..e weather so cool n nice..could sit at e open top of e boat..n feel e cold cold breeze n slp...hee..we stopped by a boat house..saw live fresh seafood..n guess wat..we actually had lunch on e boat!! all seafood..it was FRESH n PERFECT..wat u really call FRESH seafood..yum yum..it was sweet n juicy..esp e calamari..wow..fishy's nvr even near it man..suddenly htink of wat KC mentioned last time when customers ask if our seafood were fresh..yeah..go catch from e sea urself perhaps..however much frozen ours is..it can never be e same freshness as direct from e sea..so customers..FRESH SEAFOOD??
lol...long bus ride back to Hanoi n guess wat? we actually killed a housefly on e bus!! we shld put it in e book of Calista's history..haha..i nvr killed a housefly b4!!..haha..
1hr of free n easy..n den a water puppet show..i'm not a great fan of puppets n dolls but dis show was pretty cool n funny..sad thing we couldnt understand e story coz it was in Vietnamese..
check in 2 hotel..caught Mean Girls on TV..den our dinner..final meal in Vietnam =( den walk back to hotel..we watched How 2 Lose a Guy in 10 Days..n we just finished watching home Alone..wow..those were e days...

Day 6
Woke up at 6.15am tdy n went gym!! wee...didnt manage 2 to much due 2 the restriction of time..
went to visit Mr Ho Chi Minh's embalmed body, old house & new house..warm museum, tortoise temple..den went 2 a street coz 1 lady wanted to tailor make clothing..e rest of us went to a street shop 2 hav coffee..though e entire grp were all mum's n dad's generation, we were all joking n fun!! lots of hearty laughter =)
long bus ride to Ha Long Bay..stopped by at some place for toilet break n e pple there still had e effects of Agent Orange..sads...
no programme here tonight..went to walk walk their night market..but nothing nice..all e same n much more ex than Hanoi..e only nice thing is e weather..20 degrees i think..hmm..nothing to do..shld juz bathe n slp.... =P

Day 5
1st n foremost..good news! I passed EVERYTHING!! Ethics almost got A..dunno wa tI got for finals..mid term B-..den final score is B..wee..my GPA is gonna go up! but not alot la..i shld really take dis as an encouragement n work much harder next term.. moreover i'm taking 5.5 mods..gosh..
today wake up super late..7am.hee..breakfast was e worst i evver had..let's not talk abt it...visited e 12th Kind's tomb..very nice..wonder last time how pple have so many resources to do such precise n beautiful work..
plane ride was rpetty bumpy..think bro kinda got over most of his plane sickness..he didnt eat his air sickness medicine n he survived!! lol..
1st had lunch at Pho24..den hotel check in den market..wholesale market..got my coffee n e filter..hee..Vietnam coffee is nice =) on..n i killed a cockroach today..yuck..didnt see it in e mess of e market n it was squashed..ee...
dinner..n den visit uncle..tats where i chekced my results!! hee..drank lots of wine..their local red wine is super cheap! like $4 a bottle..wow..

Day 4
short short day today..breakfast, den went to visit e 2nd most ancient house..they had markings of e flood in Vietnam..GOSH..November 2007 had 4 floods! more than any other time..all e effects of global warming..sads.. =(
went to look at their market n we were off to e next city..stopped over at some marble shop..den a 3hr ride..beauty slp! hee..den lucnh..didnt eat much..den we went to visit a forbidden city..Nguyen is e most dominated surname..used to be some royalty b4 e French war..n e 2nd King had 500 wives!! 5 each night..means each girl had to wait abt 100 days for her turn..he has SO MUCH power!! eeeuuuwww...
visited a pagoda, boat ride, n den our hotel..slow day..we went to have Vietnamese coffee..pretty interesting..some filter n it drips down slowly into a cup of some condensed milk..v strong..but it had a tinge of Mocha taste..overall.......i like it!! =)
dinner..n some walking..wanted 2 custom make a dress for CNY coz it's pretty cheap..but afriad of how it'll be..they didnt have a catalogue whatsoever n all go by measurement/brain work..on e way back, some guy riding some trishaw stopped by n offered to bring me 2 e market n back for an hr..SCARY sia...
caught e soccer of SG Vs Thailand on TV..seriously..we CMI..e 1st goal was so OMG..n e referee so kelong.. BOO..biased..shit la..give SG so many yellow cards when it's so minor..e other side trip our players he also nvr say anything..wat the.............
yst had some itch..so afriad i'll get e same skin problem as China..*phew* hope not..tmr taking another plane further north! n i really nitto cut down on food..feeling hungry le!! zzz..shall go swimming tmr..if i'm not lazy..hee..

Day 3
Now in Hoi An Beach Resort..super big!! wow..pity..nothing to watch on TV..sads..muz wait until Sat den can watch my Hebe n Wu Zun shows.. =(
Tdy morning visited a Cathedral, war memorial, temple n Chinatown..the war memorial was pretty sad..Agent Orange changed e lives of many of e pple there..e temple..terrible..each person held like 30joss sticks..so many for? Chinatown was pretty rush..so cramped..bought a pair of slippers..cheap cheap! got one for Harj too..wanted to get for QH n Jac but dunno their size.. =(
Buffet lunch! Gosh...n i plane ride here..dis plane was like 100times beta than e plane we took here! new, spacious, TV, and it was a pretty empty flight..snacks..n more slp..lol..
6pm here n it's already pretty dark..wonder why..Singapore, HK, Shanghai, all same time..Vietnam is located in e middle of both but y r they 1hr behind us?? weird..
Dinner was pure Vietnamese food..yum yum..tot I wouldnt survive..but amazingly..I did..haha...oh my..putting on weight le la!! help..tmr morning shall go for a swim...

Day 2
2nd day..fun day.. =) breakfast in htoel was good..den a 1.5hr bus ride to Cu Chi caves..as usual..10mins on e bus n i was out..we left e hotel at 7.30am..hmm..staff meeting had already started..wonder how was it..though e caves were pretty interesting, I couldnt help looking at my watch, wondering abt e meeting..will check my phone just to see if there'll be a msg..well, maybe i shld juz stop worrying abt work for once..
lunch was early at 11.30am..n i 2hr ride to Mekong Delta..lots of boat rides..n we visited 3 islands..1st island we had fruits n pandan tea..n saw some medicinal leaves..2nd island was coconut candy..3rd island..nuts n honey drink..food, food, food.....n lots of boat rides..n one horse ride..pretty fun..
abt another 2hrs ride back 2 e hoel..bro n i were so hyper..singing throughout e bus ride..n we needed e toilet badly..our tour guide wasnt going with us tmr in our flight..sad..quite liked him..his jokes are pretty lame n funny..suddenly reminded me of someone.... =)

Day 1
In Vietnam!!
It's 11.37pm here in Ho Chi Minh city..they have a time difference of 1hr (though they're not too far off from the map)..weather here is similar to Singapore..but e pollution here is pretty bad..similar to Taiwan..WORSE..roads are like china..traffic light no use de :( Our main lesson for today is to learn how to cross their roads --- just walk slowly..dont think..only siam the cars n e motorbikes will siam u..lol..
Good news n bad news today..
Good news - renovation shld finish by end of dis yr.. yay..
Bad news - it starts on e Wed we get back..omg..3 days to pack..n my days are like so, so full..
I dont even know wat my itinary is like..i'm just here..haa..the flight back was changed..n we were not informed..coz e flight in e initial itinary doesnt exist..some human error..WAT...630am flight! den still gotta change plane..wanted to change to e afternoon flight but no seats..actually..i'm quite glad we were coming back early on Sat..means more time to pack..haha..
Flight here was delayed..supposed to take off at 2.30pm but only took off at 3pm whilst i dozed away..haha..slpy ma.. e other 4 pple in e grp were abt mum's n dads age..k la..not tat bad..met uncle here..he looks older le.. :(
Hotel here is pretty nice..apparently, according to bro n dad, it's e 2nd worst hotel of our entire trip..wow..i cant imagine the other hotels!!
went Saigon River for dinner upon a ferry..e entire night was music n performance..lots of Hokkien songs n dis Taiwanese grp was super enthu..lol..kkz..i'm so tired..tmr nitto get up at 6am...

wow..e first 3..were days when i was my thinnest..at 47kg..when i lost so much weight in less than 2 months after my 1st break-up..scary..e bones of my neck were so obvious..my arm was so thin..my legs..wow..being that thin also quite ugly..coz my face very very long..but now also too fat la..haa..nitto start losting some weight... =P
dis morning read some stuff that made me quite unhappy..but shall not talk abt it..make me more unhappy only... *sigh*

got a CAR! wee..this time was a nissan sunny..much beta than a proton..of coz..hee..qh class was cancelled..so pick her, harj, den jac n we went T3! so excited..but ended up...actually nothing much special..it's TOO BIG..n we paid $1 to go into e transit mall..actually there's NOTHING..coz everything was still under construction..ok..fascinating..they have a butterfly garden, expensive sofas, koi pond..things u usually dont find in e airport..oh yeah..n lots of trees..with e 5story vertical garden..didnt sound v fun huh..yeah..coz it was quite disappointing..but oh well..at least we got to see it..
next we went Velocity..e shopping centre..no different from PP la..haa..juz walk walk around..den hav a drink...n we all bought donuts! n we went back to PP..e fun part is always e car rides..e crap..e laughter..seeing other pple's cars..being crazy n all..hee..
PP's bday! tats e only reason y we went down..hee..we did e loudest bday rap ever..it was pretty fun.. =P
went Cineleisure..bought tix 4 tattooist @ 12.10am..den we went GH awhile..b4 going back..had dinner at Xin Wang coz i was abit hungry..but..wait so long until i not hungry le..den e food came..n it was spicy..damn turn off..paid e bill n left..oh..they was dis butch..she really looked like she had great passion in her job..super hardworking n always had a smile on her face..hmm..we were joking fishy needs more pple like her..hur hur...

Sun was like...e only word to describe..madness..it was busy busy busy throughout e day! lunch was like crowd..there was a table for 15 sitting outside..full house+ queue..didnt stop until 2.30..dinner was like QUEUE QUEUE QUEUE until 9.30..wat the..i was like doing bar+cashier..help clear table, serve food, take order, set table..n still muz wash e glasses..sales was like too good to be true..more than Sat! *faints*
tdy..practically ran around Singapore...morning went to school to collect my SMU hoodie..den came home..went lunch with dad n bro, pick mum n den went to choose colours for the new furniture.. =)
went to buy new camera! yay..our old camera is like quite horrible..night time or dark den cannot take photos properly le..den e flash so bright..make pple look like ghosts..haa..cool..shall try try on it tmr for our outing!!cant wait... =)
