Happy Birthday to me...

Today turned out not as bad as i expected..i thought it would be bad coz i quarrelled with the pple who gave birth to me the past few days and i was very turned off and didnt want to celebrate my birthday. usually we would go out for a family dinner and den end off with a cake but i was so pissed that i told them i wanted to stay at home for my birthday this year..

mum suggested 2 days back that i should invite some friends over and have a party at my house..early 21st year celebration?? haha.. anyway, i got qihui, cx, steven, debra, her gf peiyun and angel..quite a big number of pple for a mini party huh?? haha..anyways.. i went out with steven in the morning, meet deb and her gf and qihui with cx den we all went to my house. angel came late as she had school work to do. dad went to grandma's house the day b4 to borrow the mahjong table and the mahjong set..yipee..haha..we are all gambling queens huh..

i ordered canadian pizza, and a kfc meal..the food came up to be quite expensive..but nvm..my birthday what!! but the food wait was very long..steven didnt know how to play mahjong so my bro was teaching him..but he himself got so tempted so he took over me whilst i help steven..haha.in e end, steven and my bro won all the money from deb and qihui..so paiseh..what to do..bday girl got luck mah!! haha..

dinner was ok..mum thought the food wasnt enuff so she went to order pizza hut drumsticks b4 we even started on the dinner..hiyoh..in the end, pizza left 2 slices and no one wanted to finish the last chicken..the pizza hut drumsticks took super long to come..by the time it came everyone was full already..summore hafnt cut cake..haha..what a watse..mum dont turst my eyesight/foresight..whatever la..i know how much my friends can eat lor...sigh..

CUT CAKE!! i love picture taking..hee.. cake was not bad..still prefer Sweet Secrets to any other cake..hafnt tasted any cake like theirs..pity the branch at parkway parade close down already... =(

happy and good things come to an end very fast..it was 11pm le and my mum thinks that it is not very nice to make so much noise at night..anyway, the pple in my house nitto sleep..one day past and another year older..1 turn to 2.....

farewell party for emu!!

Today is one of those fun times which i have not experienced since i left TK!

Morning nothing much interesting..went to work and discovered that the bar woman didnt keep the juices last night and all of them spoilt..then...realised the closing person didnt keep all the sauces but left it there overnight!! gosh...what is becoming of this restaurant?? old staff dont have responsibility for their job..how can u expect the new-comers to be superb with this kind of staff??

dear dear came at 2pm and we waited for emu to pick us up..we went to her house and started blowing balloons...wow..these balloons are horribly tough to blow!! we tried with some pumps she had at her house but it was tough..moreover, she forgot that she needed to buy drinks for the party..she was too lazy to drive so i took her car with dear dear and we went to parkway to get drinks and borrow the balloon pump from fish n co..haha..officially the first time i'm alone on the road without my dad and i feel great!! her car is quite easy to drive too so i had no difficulty at all!!

we parked at debra's fav parking space coz its free.haha..and we went to borrow the pump before buying the drinks..we got back and pumped all the balloons whilst huimin did the water bombs..and it was time to pick the people up! dropped by parkway to return the balloon pump and then picked qihui, cx and cc on the way back..alvin was on the way at bedok interchange so we picked him up too..

ejected all the people at huimin's house and i went to pump petrol for her car..hehe..first time i gotta sign the card!! so exciting..muahaha..now i'm officially ALONE in the car!! picked angel, trina and rosie up and went back to emu's house where we spent the whole evening preparing the water bomb for the night..

dinner was GREAT!! the maid cooked alot alot ALOT of food!!! miss yong, yu ling and tammy came later and after dinner......we had water bomb!! i think that was the best part of the night man!! the funniest and scariest thing was that one bomb missed emu and it went straight down..apparently, it hit the neighbour's house..oh my...

after all the drying we played blackjack..man..i was starting to get super sleepy..was like falling asleep on dear dear's arm...haha..den some of them had to leave so we changed to mahjong..played until about 12++ and my mum INSISTED that i go home so emu's mum sent us back..sadz..wanted to stay over...

valentine's day came early!

i went over to stay at dear dear house last night..at first i didnt want to coz he seemed quite unhappy with me..but in the end all was resolved.

morning had a meeting with my project group, then i went suntec to watch movie dear..

on the way to citylink, we went past this silver jewelery shop and we decided to stop by..from last year, he wanted to buy me a necklace so he got me one and a pair of earrings..i got him a pair of earrings too.. =P

we decided to watch "I Not Stupid Too" but there were no couple seats..in the end, dear bought the sofa one..so sweet right?? the show was very nice too..it was funny, touching yet it carried the government's policies too..

on the way home, i told him that the necklace shall be the valentine's day gift so that he doesnt need to spend anymore money on gifts for me and he can save his money..i'm a nice gf right..haha............
