Eventful - kena detained by police until 5am!!
Today was just an ordinary day..went to meet steven in the morning..den work at night..today all the power house!! got harj, sufi, dino, yun, CJ, kitchen got man, hazwan etc..all the old staff!! so cool..except kit got a 2 new china staff..
suddenly, when i was doing closing..there was this loud shouting from the kitchen..apparently, man got angry with one of the new staff, phoenix, and starting fighting in the kitchen..omg..so scary..dino went in to stop the fight..so scary..den pull them both out to talk..hmm..man dont lose temper so easily..that phoenix must hav realli realli pissed him off bad.....
harj n i went toilet..when we came back..everyone looked so stress..OMG..the day's sales went missing!! GOSH....apparently, debra left all the stuff at the pantry window - PDA, petty cash n the sales..and yun helped her put into the office..but yun said there was no more sales when she put it into the office!! OMG OMG..
we did a bag search and we couldnt find..in the end..had to resort to body search..omg..ok..no money..den we did store search..no one could leave the store..excpet salleh go dustbin search coz it MAY be in the rubbish..hiyoh..cannot find ah..den cannot leave the store..i was hungry..and many of us needed the toilet..hiaz...waited for lexx to come..long wait..finally..they let us go to the toilet..den we had personal interview...nothing..den call the police...sigh....
soon..many of us started to get hungry..so debra let vivien and i go to macs to get food..luckily it was a friday night and macs was 24hrs!! if not i think all of us would have died of hunger liao..
den lexx said that HQ sending the video over for the camera..hmmm..wait wait..in the end..dino told harj, me and sufi that actually there was no video..she was just trying to scare us..sigh..den lexx went to the fire command centre..in the end..they found this clip..where salleh said he was going to the toilet..but he actually went somewhere else...WHERE DID HE GO?????
anyway, because of that clip, we all got to go home..yay...sigh..what a long day..

They are located along Racecourse Lane, usually have pick up points..but most of the time lack of drivers so hafta go pick up the car yourself..they have insurance too..mine was $8..it was in the cost of rental..their cars alll very new..according to the guy by the end of this month they would have 60 over cars..best if u wanna rent book 1 month ahead..i couldnt choose my car coz i only booked one day b4 hand..

Happy Birthday Qihui!!
Today is the most enjoyable day i had in like half a year!! I could let my hair down, not worry about Finance test and Management Science test next week..destress myself from the FA test i just had on tuesday..turned out not that bad after all..couldnt get all the wordy qns with all the reading concepts but was able to do all the calculating stuff..think i'll scrape and passs...=)
okok..back to this memorable day..i rented a car specially for today..qihui didnt want to coz she think it wasnt a need as we were only going like jurong, cineleisure, suntec and home? but i insisted coz i was kinda VERY lazy to travel to jurong..lately keep getting bus sick..didnt wanna get sick and spoil a birthday huh..
supposed to meet the guy at kembagan mrt at 10.30am..as usual, i was there at 10am..wait ah wait ah..10.40am le!! so i was kinda impatient and msged the guy where was the exchange pt and he could call back to tell me that they didnt have enuff drivers for today and he was going to pick me up and bring me to the office and get the car!! GOSH!!! what a BAD start for a birthday!! luckily, he was nice enuff to go pick Qihui and Chuay Chun up at Parkway bus stop and bring us all to his office at Racecourse Lane..the car turned out better than i expected..Fiat..sounded..erm..ugly?? lol..turned out to be a new car of only 4 months, red and nice..small..easy to drive..it was a left hand drive car so all the buttons were on the opposite side..u could even change to manual..and there was power steering!! yay..i like that!! but the guy said that power steering was not encouraged for girls..heck..i like power steering... the car engine was super powerful..press abit and the car chiongs..scary..qihui got a shock..and..i mistook the brake for the oil..and instead of braking it moved forward..the placement of the pedals were different!!
tried to get out of the area..didnt know the way really well..ended up at balestier road and had to find a place to turn around..after driving around for about 10mins the petrol was low and had to go and pump petrol..den we went back to CTE and i found the way to jurong!! yay...hehe.....
we were hoping Fuji Ice Palace was open coz their website was kinda very outdated...2004..sianz..heng it was.... =P we wanted to find a 4th person so we could get the unlimited thingy..but wow..think things were turning for the better..it was on promotion so we still got it unlimited!! COOL...the ice felt so different from rollerblading..it was very not smooth..think coz got this grp of guys there that kept cutting the ice..the blades were also very uncomfortable..my rollerblades feel so much better!! probably coz of the cushioning too..hehe..
after about 3 hours..i fell down twice..once to prevent from crashing into CC and once just standing there and fall down..got an abrasion on my elbow and blueblacks on my kneecaps..we were tired..freezing and bored..CC was hungry..and after sometime we decided to go Holland Village to have lunch..ooo..never buy parking coupons..so just went to get from some other car owner..this gal was very nice..she offered lots of coupons and she drives a beetle!! sweet..we had a quicky lunch and den qihui found out the CX could get a night out!! BUT..it was only from 6pm-10pm..wah...so short ah...and.....where is katib camp??
ok..so..decided to go back home..take road map and home keys so that i could go home later..hehe..drop qh off so that she can take medicine..ran home to take stuff and then pick qh up to go to katib camp..my conclusion: cc dunno how to use road maps..haha...
qh took some time to figure out where katib camp was..ended up making one round at marine parade there..i didnt wanna take CTE coz it was already past 5pm and CTE would jammmmmmm big time..so i decided to take ECP-PIE-TPE-SLE..seems further la..but it should be faster with no jam as it goes to the suburbs....eh..my suburbs are ulu places to me..punggol..sembawang...hahaz...
cc slept the entire journey..qh also slept alittle..wah..den i drive drive..finally...after what seems like a LONG LONG time..we reached yishun!! alamak..CX also dunno exactly which side his camp was..hmmm..*lost*
parked in some HDB carpark n found out that we turned the opposite direction..heng ah..not FAR FAR away...so we u-turned back and pick CX up..and we went to Northpoint at Yishun Central..hmm..Northpoint...looks small..we ended up watching Miami Vice..quite a nice movie..super exciting and lots of killing...ended up moving towards cc and hiding behind my jacket whereas qihui was grabbing on to CX's hand..especially the last part..eeeee..use this big gun and shoot the bad guy's head..BANG!! blood splattering on the container behind him...GROSSSSSSSSSS........
after the movie qihui insisted on eating a birthday cake like last yr..lol..same situation..running around looking for a cake shop..last year we had coffee bean@ Post Centre..this year..after going to Four Leaves, Bengawan Solo & Swensons, we decided on StarBucks..but this year..instead of a cake per person..we just had 1 cake..pity starbucks had no candles..we had a very very fast happy birthday..and fast eating of the cake and rush off to send CX back to camp..dunno if go in late what will happen.. =P
along the way back we saw a few guys running back to camp..haha..quite a funny sight..we picked up one of his frens along the way..might as well la..although break the car rental rule of max 4 pple in the car..but i dont care..hehe..
we made our way back to Parkway..wanted to meet Harj..CC suggested that i park at his house since it's free parking..how nice..although the idea of crossing the overhead bridge suck..but if can save a few cents and lose weight climbing the overhead bridge..y not??
crap crap awhile..sent harj home@ Tampines..pump petrol..sent Qihui home..and home sweet home..................

Project Superstar 2
So many things happened this week..the biggest event being today..as stated in the title..today is the auditions for Project Superstar 2 for the girls!! I got up at 5am just to put make up and all, meet XiaoYuan and we went to Toa Payoh Hub to go queue..phew..the queue was not very long..probably about 100 pple in front of us..she went to buy breakfast for me while i made friends with the pple in front and behind of me..unfortunately..i was starting to feel nervous already so i only ate the hashbrown, drank the ice milo and never managed to start on the burger..at 8am, the security started to make everyone stand up and guys and friends had to leave the queue.. next thing we were standing within the barricades!! WA!! so fast!!
i was chatting and joking with my new found friends and everytimed the queue moved forward we started to panic..haha...qihui came around 9.30 and she helped us buy those cooling tea for our throat..by 10.30..i had registered, taken the single photo and seated down waiting to go to the Conference Hall for our audition..they wanted us to volunteer to go up on stage and test our guts and talents..probably strike famous up there?? haha..qihui keep asking me to go and try but i think i'll freak out b4 i even put one foot up the steps on the stage..
wait and wait..got entertained by some of the pple who cant sing..and then we are off to the conference hall!!waiting time was very short..oh my..u mean sing less than 1 sentence and they can decide? we found out later that there were 4 audition rooms..no wonder..BUT..the pple also came out very fast..dunno whether was it me panicking or what..the pple seem to come out very fast!! when it got to my turn, i could feel my heart hammering loudly in my chest...brrrrr...when i went in there were 3 pple seated at the judges table..the cameraman told me to wait awhile..den he said i could start..BAD START..i couldnt even start with a good afternoon properly..and i totally forgot my song title!! i had to pause to think of it..when i started my song..i was trembling.........luckily they let me finished my chorus b4 they rang the bell and the light showed red..BYE BYE..haha...
i saw the list..so far..only about 20 pple passed thru in my room..probably it's very strict??
This week..Kenny got '86..he commited fraud..he took about $2k of Parkway's store money..bastard..he was always so nice to us and so encouraging..behind our backs..he does this kind of thing..he has been voiding items, and keeping customer's money..loser..and the tips..he doesnt bank in but keep it to himself..HELLO..it's OUR money and u kept it all?? wat the..anyways, debra told me the story..he couldnt pay back the money so they called the police to take him away...wah...luckily i was not working on the day..i wouldnt wanna be there to see this kind of sad and angry scene..hiaz..
Debra wanna quit too..cry....what will Parkway become now??

Sentosa Day 2
Today we got up early to catch the 9am breakfast in the hotel..the variety of food is not very great, probably because there are not many pple staying at the moment..after breakfast we went to Cinemania..it's a stimulator where the chair moves..hmm..actually not very worth..quite ex and dad n mum didnt enjoy it coz they didnt really like stimulators..plus plus..there was one clip on roller coaster and the thing moves the wrong way!!
next we went to the 4D movie..mum and dad didnt wanna go after the previous experience so only Charlton and i went..haha..this one even lesser..just that the picture comes out of the screen coz it's 4D..and some water spraying out with the crab legs tickling our leg..lol..
we went to Siloso Beach and had Sakae Sushi for lunch..ahhh..their outfit there is so comfortable..they have polo t-shirts and jeans!! better than the one i'm wearing at e moment..so U-G-L-Y..hahaz...
actually we wanted to go for spa today..pity..we always too slow..it was fully booked..so we played mahjong the entire afternoon before going to 'The Cliff' for dinner..it was a high class French restaurant..the food was not bad actually but i'm not a really high class+French food person so was quite turned off..moreover i had a tummy ache halfway and had to go to the toilet so my meal was quite spoilt..

Sentosa Day 1
Today is a start of the School Holidays..only the end of my 2nd week of school..we are having a family outing to Sentosa today..although i'm not very very excited since Sentosa was like still within Singapore..dropped by Fish n Co to pass the farewell card to dino for shaik and then drove to Change Alley for dad to return his hp..we changed over and i drove to Sentosa..dad didnt trust me that the fastest wasy to Sentosa was thru the Esplanade, then ECP den Tanjong Pagar and insisted that i made a round and go by Marina Bay to ECP..hahaha..guess who was right? I was..we took his way and end up making one big round back to the next street after the one we turned in..
we got into Sentosa around 10.30am..since it was too early to check in, we drove to Sentosa Cove to take a look..wow..the landed property were so nice..we went to view the showhouse of the Condo..wow..it was very very nice..haha..probably coz it's decorated by designers..and e price was also very very nice.......................
we went to our hotel - The Sentosa Spa and Resort - previously known as The Beaufort..hmm..came here to stay once when i was very very young..dont have much memory on how it was like..anyway, it's still very nice!! very spacious with lots of ponds and plants..doesnt feel like Singapore at all!! we put our stuff down and then we were out..
1st stop..Underwater World!! UOB had discount and was only valid with 2 tickets per card so i had to swipe mine to get that discount..after discount it was pretty cheap! The last time i went to Underwater World was with dear dear last June..not much of a change i suppose but there seem to be fewer fish in the Conveyor Belt viewing thingy..the fish, crabs and all the corals and other sea animals are all very nice!!
from underwater World we rushed to the Dolphin Lagoon for the Dolphin show..haha..i paid $13 to touch the Pink Dolphins..a chance not to miss right? Dolphins felt quite leathery..and they are super intelligent creatures..and cute!! although it was just a small pat and a quick photo, i think it was very worth!!
We went to have pizza for dinner and we rushed to watch the Musical Show at the Musical Fountain..wow..the queue was terrible..i remember last time when i went to watch..we entered half way and could still get good seats! now pple fight to go in to watch..scary..
the show was very different from my memory..this was sooo modern..but lots of water used..very fascinating..i got it all on my camera!! =)
we walked back to the Visitors Arrival centre as the buses were soooo crowded..haha..think i'll lose weight with all that walking and walking..hehe...

Make-up/Make-over
I'm a slacker..i never find time to update my blog..lol..
anyway, today is a day to remember..i went to attend a Make-up class organised by Devin! my 1st time in my life putting on my own make-up..never liked slapping on powder and colours on my face although it makes me look better..BUT..i am planning to try Project Superstar 2 so i had to have some knowledge on make-up ya? if not i'll just make a fool of myself..
It was really fun! i looked so different..the brand we used was E.Funkhouser..i think i've heard of this brand before..apparently it's not in the market and is only distributed by Amway..the products are very nice..colours suit me very well and they all seem very professional..i went with param and of coz there was lots of laughter and comparing..the very first step was to put on the foundation and both of us looked at each other and gave the qns mark..i really dunno how to put on!! of all cosmetics, the only thin i know how to use is the lip stick..haha...gone case for a girl huh??
time flew super fast..we got all the make-up smacked on our faces..wow..we look really different huh? we didnt even feel hungry despite that we didnt have any dinner =)
so..how do i look?
