BUTTER!!

OOOooOOO...tiring day today..

morning was slack..at first it was so boring..only like 3-4 tables..den suddenly the crowd came but i couldnt stay and help coz i had an exemption test at 4pm..

went to suntec to get some stuff before heading to school..test was simple..writing in PROPER english is no problem for me man..is just the gp essay writing part where i cant seem to get the point in...

started at 5pm instead of 6..alex showed me how to cook the pasta once..actually i got some points from dear on cooking the pasta..so i suppose shouldnt be a problem..

orders started flocking in..my first attempt on a pasta was a coriander spaghetti..gosh..now then i realise i forgot the wrasse fish for the coriander spaghetti..Oops..lucky got no complain..hmm..it looked good!! haha..i very proud of myself..

the kitchen people bully me!! haha..no lah..they play play only..see i girl then nice to push around..nevermind..i will survive!! i carried 12kg of seafood..to them..amazingly its not THAT heavy..it seems that we need alot of butter for operation..keep getting butter for the sauce..OH..that reminds me..i heard 20 blocks of butter instead of 20grams of butter..GOSH..made a fool of myself..anyway..i helped a little with closing..cleaned the cooking area and the pantry area..managed to transfer the soup into the containers..my..its super hot lor..haha...but i had fun although it was tiring..oh..i went out to help for about an hour coz it was full house!! terrible..running around customers smelling of fish.. =)
