STRESSSSSSSS

BGS in the morning was a killer.. The essay that i wrote is terrible. Hiyoh..and everytime i choose not to listen, he chooses to ask me qns den i cannot answer.. y dont he choose to ask me when i'm always listening??

Went for HiLo+ABT today. only 5 people!! i was quite shocked.so were the remaining people..apparently, the last few weeks, it was always almost full house.. 2 of the girls had to leave at 2pm and the last part of HiLo and the whole if ABT was only the 3 of us! actually it didn't turn out too bad coz it became that he could check that our positions and what we were doing were correct. wah..i think i never worked so hard for ABT before..i thought my abs were going to cramp up and suppose tomorrow the effect of ABT will be present..

Went to find Cat, she had to go to HQ so i didn't stay long and decided to go home to do my Creative Thinking instead of following her to HQ.. In the end go home also never touched those photos..played abit of computer game and went to Parkway to visit Alex and get some coffee..dunno..lately lots of craving for cold coffee..is it the effect of stress??

Alex cut his hair..looks weird..haha..he asked me to work..and i took a Friday night shift since he is the manager on duty..most probably will end up doing Inventory lah..I was just telling him I had fun working on Sat night and he told me that there was a very serious complaint on Sat night by a guy..here it goes:

1. No greeter. had to walk to the table himself
2. only 3 menus for 6 people. greeter did not even tell him the soup of the day and he had to ask the server (which happened to be me)
3. No one noticed that they were ready to take orders. They had to call a server before they had their orders taken (That was me again!!)
4. Ordered 3 big fish drinks and came in 6 small cups as they were told that we ran out of the BIG glasses (I served them the drinks!! damn...) and he says since it was served in a smaller glass, the amount was cut down.
5. He ordered a Fish & Chips. It was obviously over cooked, and the portioning was very small. He also claims that it is not at all fresh.
6. His 2 friends ordered the same dish (Salmon Normal I think) and it turned out that the portions of both were different.. one looked 30% bigger than the order..hmmm..
7. one server had a 'black' face
8. Servers did not refill their ice water, and no server noticed them waving their cups in the air
9. Massaging manager-on-duty at the cashier. He said that we were too comfortable that we neglected the service

From what he said, as a frequent customer, he said our service has dropped and it was a very disappointing visit, moreover it supposed to be a birthday dinner. sigh..what is going to happen to us??

anyway..so stressed..realised that i have no idea how to use Adobe Photoshop! how am i going to start editing my photos man...
